Thank you for your interest in Disconnect to Reconnect October 2027. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following cancellation policy to accommodate such situations:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Upon registration, a non-refundable deposit of $650 is required to secure your spot in the retreat. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Within 30 Days of Purchase Date: If you change your mind or decide to cancel your attendance within 30 days of your deposit prior to payment installations beginning, you will not be responsible for your agreed upon Payment Plan. You will not be refunded for any non-refundable deposits. If you book once Payment Plan installments begin (June 2027), you forgo the right to cancel without payment in the 30 day window.

3. Payment Plan Installation Agreement and Cancellations: Once payment installations begin (December 1st for April 2026), you are responsible for ALL payment installations, regardless of cancellation or booking dates. You will not be refunded for any payment installations or non-refundable deposits.

4. Notification of Cancellation: If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone. Cancellations will only be considered effective upon receipt of written confirmation from you.

5. Retreat Changes or Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to the retreat schedule or cancel the event altogether, we will provide you with a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit. However, we will not be responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.

6. Payment Plans: You will have four payments following your non-refundable deposit that occur on June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, and September 1st.  Each of these is a recurring payment in our system.

If you secure your spot after payment plans have started in June, you will be charged on the payment schedule of June 15th, July 1st, August 1st, and September 1st.

If you secure your spot in July after the second installment on July 1st, you will be charged on the payment schedule of July 15th, August 1st, September 1st, and October 1st.

If you secure your spot in August after the third installment on August 1st, you will be charged on the payment schedule of August 15th, September 1st, September 15th, and October 1st.

If you secure your spot in September after the fourth installment on September 1st, you will be charged on the payment schedule of September 15th, October 1st, October 15th, and November 1st.

If you secure your spot after September 15th, you will be charged on the following payment schedule of October 1st, October 15th, November 1st, and November 15th.

If you secure your spot after October 1st, you will be charged on the following payment schedule of October 15th, November 1st, November 15th and October 1st.
